Breakfast Control

Breakfast Control is used to monitor and manage guest breakfast counts, ensuring that the estimated number of breakfast pax matches the actual number of guests who have breakfast. This feature only displays guests who have booked room rates that include breakfast.

How to Use Breakfast Control

1. The system will show a list of guests with room rates that include breakfast.
2. To record the actual number of breakfasts taken, click on the Actual Pax field.
3. Enter the actual number of breakfasts served to guests.
4. This helps prevent over-serving and ensures accurate breakfast reporting.
