Guest In House is a feature used to monitor guests currently staying at the hotel, whether checked in via reservation or walk-in. It allows you to perform walk-in, transactions, update profiles, lock and unlock folios, change guest room status (Rent/Compliment/House Use), move or switch rooms, set incognito guest, send messages, manage to-do items, check out, print folio bills, and print registration forms.
📄️ Master Folio
Master Folio is used to create a folio as the master bill for a group or event, allowing transactions to be consolidated into a single bill. Like other folios, the master bill can be used for Charge, Payment, and Transfer transactions.
📄️ Desk Folio
Desk Folio is a feature used to record non-room transactions for guests who visit and make transactions at the hotel. Desk Folio can be created for outlet transactions (restaurant, cafe, laundry, etc.) or when canceling reservations with deposits.
📄️ Folio History
Folio History is used to store guest and transaction data from folios that have been checked out, including Guest Folio, Desk Folio, and Master Folio. This menu is used to search for historical transaction and guest information for those who have stayed at the hotel.
