📄️ Floor Plan
The Floor Plan feature in the Cakrasoft Front Desk module provides a detailed, interactive visual map of the hotel's room layout. It enables staff to monitor room status, manage assignments, and perform key operations directly from the floor plan interface. Color codes and icons indicate the real-time status of each room, making it easy to identify vacant, occupied, ready, dirty, out-of-order, and other room conditions at a glance.
📄️ Room Availability
Room Availability is used to view the list of rooms in a graphical table format, with each row representing a room number. Colors in the table indicate the status of each hotel room. This menu also allows you to perform reservation, check-in, walk-in, update guest profiles, access folio transactions, and check out guests. You can also view room status based on color codes.
📄️ Room Type Availability
Room Type Availability is used as an information desk for room statistics at specific times, based on room type, bed type, and date.
