Depreciation

The Depreciation feature is used to calculate and process the monthly depreciation of fixed asset items. This process ensures that asset values are updated according to their useful life and depreciation method.

Step-by-Step Depreciation Process​

  1. Select the Fixed Asset menu, then click the Depreciation submenu to open the Depreciation window.
  2. Click the Insert button to add a new depreciation entry. The Depreciation Editor window will appear.
  3. Perform the depreciation calculation:
    • Select the depreciation month in Month.
    • Select the depreciation year in Year.
    • Click the Calculate button. The system will automatically display the calculation results in the table.
  4. Click Save to save the depreciation process, or Close to cancel.
