📄️ Stock Transfer
The Stock Transfer feature is used to transfer stock from one store (warehouse) to another. This process helps manage inventory movement between different storage locations within the property.
📄️ Costing
The Costing feature is used to manually issue items as costs or expenses (including spoilage) by sub department. In addition to manual costing, item issuance can also be performed for room costs and product sales at outlets.
📄️ Production
The Production feature is used to create new products as inventory items from other inventory materials. This process allows you to convert raw materials or components into finished goods for stock.
📄️ Cost Recipe
The Cost Recipe feature is used to create recipes for products, specifying the ingredients and quantities required. Cost Recipe enables automatic costing during product sales at outlets. Accurate recipe setup is essential to avoid discrepancies in inventory.
📄️ Return Stock
The Return Stock feature is used to return stock to the supplier if received items are damaged, incorrect, expired, or otherwise unsuitable. The return process may result in costs or income if there is a value difference between the returned and actual items. If items are exchanged, a return stock transaction is not necessary.
📄️ Stock Opname
Stock Opname is performed to match and correct inventory between physical stock and the records in the system when discrepancies occur. Stock opname can be done weekly or monthly. If the system's recorded stock is higher than the physical count, it results in a cost or expense. If the system's stock is lower, it results in a cost reduction. All discrepancies must be validated and checked for accuracy. Spoil, cost, and expense processes should be handled separately and not at the same time.
