Nationality
Nationality is used to manage the list of countries or nationalities for guests, ensuring accurate and standardized data entry for international guests.
How to Add a Nationality
- In the Tools menu, click the Configuration submenu, select the General tab, then click the Nationality button to open the window.
- Click the Insert button to add a new nationality. A new entry window will appear.
- Enter the following data:
- Code: Unique code for the nationality or country.
- Name: Name of the nationality or country.
- Click Save to store the new nationality, or Close to cancel.
How to Update a Nationality
- In the Tools menu, click the Configuration submenu, select the General tab, then click the Nationality button.
- Select the nationality you want to update, right-click, and choose the Update button.
- Enter the new data as needed.
- Click Save to apply the changes, or Close to cancel.
How to Delete a Nationality
- In the Tools menu, click the Configuration submenu, select the General tab, then click the Nationality button.
- Select the nationality you want to delete, right-click, and choose the Delete button.
- A confirmation dialog will appear.
- Click Yes to confirm deletion, or No to cancel.
