Regency
A Regency is an administrative region or district within a province or state, used for more detailed address information in certain countries.
How to Add a Regency
- In the Tools menu, click the Configuration submenu, select the General tab, then click the Regency button to open the window.
- Click the Insert button to add a new regency. A new entry window will appear.
- Enter the following data:
- Code: Unique code for the regency.
- Name: Name of the regency or district.
- State Code: Select the state or province this regency belongs to.
- Click Save to store the new regency, or Close to cancel.
How to Update a Regency
- In the Tools menu, click the Configuration submenu, select the General tab, then click the Regency button.
- Select the regency you want to update, right-click, and choose the Update button.
- Enter the new data as needed.
- Click Save to apply the changes, or Close to cancel.
How to Delete a Regency
- In the Tools menu, click the Configuration submenu, select the General tab, then click the Regency button.
- Select the regency you want to delete, right-click, and choose the Delete button.
- A confirmation dialog will appear.
- Click Yes to confirm deletion, or No to cancel.
