PMS Mapping

Menu ini digunakan untuk membuat, mengedit, atau menghapus data yang diperlukan untuk memetakan (mapping) informasi antara Channel Manager (CM) dan Property Management System (PMS). Dengan fitur ini, Anda dapat memastikan data dari CM dan PMS saling terhubung dan sinkron sesuai kebutuhan operasional hotel. Semua proses pengelolaan mapping dilakukan dengan mudah dan intuitif, sehingga integrasi data berjalan lancar.

The Rooms menu is the center for managing room types and rate plans from PMS. Data inputted here will be used for the mapping process with data in Channel Manager (CM), so integration runs smoothly and consistently.

The Mapping menu is the place to map data between Channel Manager (CM) and Property Management System (PMS). All data inputted from the Rooms menu will automatically appear here, making the mapping process easier and more structured.

📄️ PMS Log

The PMS Log menu is used to monitor booking transmission status from Channel Manager to PMS. With this menu, you can see whether bookings were successful, pending, or failed, making the integration monitoring process more transparent and easy to monitor.
