This tutorial will guide you through the process of logging in to the Channel Manager at https://cm.cakrasoft.net.
📄️ Dashboard
The dashboard page is used to view booking and revenue data. It displays daily, monthly, and yearly data.
📄️ Bookings
The Bookings menu is used to display and filter the list of reservations (bookings) received from various OTAs (Online Travel Agents) into the PMS system. This menu does not provide features to create, edit, or delete bookings manually. All booking data displayed is the result of automatic synchronization from OTAs.
📄️ Inventory
The Inventory menu is used to manage room availability, rates, and restrictions in real-time to various OTAs (Online Travel Agents).
📄️ Room Type
The Room Type menu is the center for managing room types that will be used as the basis for inventory management and distribution to various OTAs. Each room type created will automatically be available in the Inventory menu for availability and price management.
📄️ Rate Plans
The Rate Plans menu is used to create, edit, delete, and view the list of rate plans that will be used for price management and promotions across various OTAs. Each successfully created rate plan will automatically appear in the Inventory menu for price and availability settings.
📄️ Channels
The Channels menu is the control center for managing connections between your property and various Online Travel Agents (OTAs) such as Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, Agoda, and others. With this menu, you can configure, connect, and monitor the integration status of each channel in real-time.
📄️ Configuration
The Configuration menu is an additional menu where you can update availability and rates here using data from Excel.
