Layout
Layout is used to manage layout names for event spaces in the banquet module. This feature allows you to add, update, and delete layout records, supporting the organization and selection of event layouts.
How to Add a Layout
- In the Tools menu, click the Configuration submenu, select the Banquet tab, then click the Layout button to open the window.
- Click the Insert button to add a new layout. A new entry window will appear.
- Enter the following data:
- Name: Name or description of the layout.
- Click Save to store the new layout, or Close to cancel.
How to Update a Layout
- In the Tools menu, click the Configuration submenu, select the Banquet tab, then click the Layout button.
- Select the layout you want to update, right-click, and choose the Update button.
- Enter the new data as needed.
- Click Save to apply the changes, or Close to cancel.
How to Delete a Layout
- In the Tools menu, click the Configuration submenu, select the Banquet tab, then click the Layout button.
- Select the layout you want to delete, right-click, and choose the Delete button.
- A confirmation dialog will appear.
- Click Yes to confirm deletion, or No to cancel.
