Seating Plan

Seating Plan is used to manage seating arrangements for events in the banquet module. This feature allows you to add, update, and delete seating plan records, supporting detailed planning and organization of event layouts.

How to Add a Seating Plan

  1. In the Tools menu, click the Configuration submenu, select the Banquet tab, then click the Seating Plan button to open the window.
  2. Click the Insert button to add a new seating plan. A new entry window will appear.
  3. Enter the following data:
    • Code: Unique code for the seating plan.
    • Name: Name or description of the seating plan.
    • Venue: Select the venue for the seating plan.
  4. Click Save to store the new seating plan, or Close to cancel.

How to Update a Seating Plan

  1. In the Tools menu, click the Configuration submenu, select the Banquet tab, then click the Seating Plan button.
  2. Select the seating plan you want to update, right-click, and choose the Update button.
  3. Enter the new data as needed.
  4. Click Save to apply the changes, or Close to cancel.

How to Delete a Seating Plan

  1. In the Tools menu, click the Configuration submenu, select the Banquet tab, then click the Seating Plan button.
  2. Select the seating plan you want to delete, right-click, and choose the Delete button.
  3. A confirmation dialog will appear.
  4. Click Yes to confirm deletion, or No to cancel.
