Guest Title

The Guest Title configuration page allows you to input, update, and delete titles used for guest names. Managing guest titles ensures proper addressing and personalization throughout your property management system.

What is a Guest Title?

A Guest Title is a prefix or honorific used before a guest's name, such as Mr., Mrs., Ms., Dr., or Prof. Defining guest titles helps standardize guest records and improves communication.

How to Add a Guest Title

  1. In the Tools menu, click the Configuration submenu, select the General tab, then click the Guest Title button to open the window.
  2. Click the Insert button to add a new guest title. A new entry window will appear.
  3. Enter the following data:
    • Code: Unique code for the title.
    • Name: Name of the title (e.g., Mr., Mrs., Dr.).
  4. Click Save to store the new guest title, or Close to cancel.

How to Update a Guest Title

  1. In the Tools menu, click the Configuration submenu, select the General tab, then click the Guest Title button.
  2. Select the title you want to update, right-click, and choose the Update button.
  3. Enter the new data as needed.
  4. Click Save to apply the changes, or Close to cancel.

How to Delete a Guest Title

  1. In the Tools menu, click the Configuration submenu, select the General tab, then click the Guest Title button.
  2. Select the title you want to delete, right-click, and choose the Delete button.
  3. A confirmation dialog will appear.
  4. Click Yes to confirm deletion, or No to cancel.
