Language
The Language configuration page allows you to input, update, and delete languages available in your system. Managing language data ensures your property can support guests from different regions and provide multilingual services.
What is a Language?
A Language is a spoken or written system of communication, such as English, Indonesian, French, or Japanese. Defining available languages helps personalize guest experiences and system interfaces.
How to Add a Language
- In the Tools menu, click the Configuration submenu, select the General tab, then click the Language button to open the window.
- Click the Insert button to add a new language. A new entry window will appear.
- Enter the following data:
- Code: Unique code for the language.
- Name: Name of the language.
- Click Save to store the new language, or Close to cancel.
How to Update a Language
- In the Tools menu, click the Configuration submenu, select the General tab, then click the Language button.
- Select the language you want to update, right-click, and choose the Update button.
- Enter the new data as needed.
- Click Save to apply the changes, or Close to cancel.
How to Delete a Language
- In the Tools menu, click the Configuration submenu, select the General tab, then click the Language button.
- Select the language you want to delete, right-click, and choose the Delete button.
- A confirmation dialog will appear.
- Click Yes to confirm deletion, or No to cancel.
