Manufacture Configuration

The Manufacture feature is used to manage data for companies that manufacture fixed asset items.

What is a Manufacture?​

A Manufacture in this context refers to a company or entity responsible for producing fixed asset goods. Recording this information helps track the origin and details of assets in your inventory system.

How to Add a New Manufacture​

  1. Go to Tools > Configurations > Inventory & Assets > Manufacture.
  2. Click the Insert button to add a new manufacture.
  3. Enter the following information:
    • Code: Enter the manufacture code.
    • Name: Enter the manufacture name.
  4. Click Save & Close to save, or Close to cancel.

How to Update a Manufacture​

  1. Go to Tools > Configurations > Inventory & Assets > Manufacture.
  2. Select the manufacture to update and click the Update icon.
  3. Edit the fields as needed.
  4. Click Save to save changes, or Close to cancel.

How to Delete a Manufacture​

  1. Go to Tools > Configurations > Inventory & Assets > Manufacture.
  2. Select the manufacture to delete and click the Delete button.
  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
  4. Click Yes to delete, or No to cancel.
