Shipping Address

The Shipping Address configuration page allows you to record and manage delivery addresses for goods received from suppliers. Managing shipping addresses ensures accurate and efficient delivery of purchased or ordered items to the correct locations.

What is a Shipping Address?

A Shipping Address is a location where goods purchased from suppliers are delivered. You can record multiple shipping addresses for your property or company.

How to Add a Shipping Address

  1. In the Tools menu, select the Configurations submenu, then click Inventory & Assets and choose Shipping Address to open the window.
  2. Click the Insert button to add a new shipping address. The Shipping Information Editor window will appear.
  3. Enter the following data:
    • Code: Company code.
    • Name: Company name.
    • Contact Person: Person to contact at the shipping address.
    • Street: Address street.
    • City: City name.
    • Country: Select the country.
    • State: Select the state or province.
    • Post Code: Postal code.
    • Phone1 and Phone2: Phone numbers.
    • Fax: Fax number.
    • Email: Email address.
    • Website: Website address.
  4. Click Save to store the new shipping address, or Close to cancel.
