Store

The Store configuration page allows you to manage warehouse or storage locations used for inventory in your property. Properly managing stores ensures accurate stock tracking and inventory management.

What is a Store?

A Store is a warehouse or storage location where inventory items are kept, such as a main warehouse, kitchen store, or housekeeping store.

How to Add a Store

  1. In the Tools menu, select the Configurations submenu, then click Inventory & Assets and choose Store to open the window.
  2. Click the Insert button to add a new store. The Store Editor window will appear.
  3. Enter the following data:
    • Code: Store code.
    • Name: Name of the store.
  4. Click Save to store the new store, or Close to cancel.

How to Update a Store

  1. In the Tools menu, select the Configurations submenu, then click Inventory & Assets and choose Store.
  2. Select the store you want to update, then click the Update icon.
  3. Enter the new data as needed.
  4. Click Save to apply the changes, or Close to cancel.

How to Delete a Store

  1. In the Tools menu, select the Configurations submenu, then click Inventory & Assets and choose Store.
  2. Select the store you want to delete, then click the Delete icon.
  3. A confirmation dialog will appear.
  4. Click Yes to confirm deletion, or No to cancel.
