SPA Room

SPA Room is used to manage the rooms available for spa services in the POS system. This feature allows you to add, update, and delete SPA room records, supporting scheduling and management of spa facilities.

How to Add a SPA Room

  1. In the Tools menu, click the Configuration submenu, select the POS tab, then click the SPA Room button to open the window.
  2. Click the Insert button to add a new SPA room. A new entry window will appear.
  3. Enter the following data:
    • Number: Unique number for the SPA room.
    • Outlet: Select the outlet associated with the SPA room.
    • Description: Enter a description for the SPA room.
  4. Click Save to store the new SPA room, or Close to cancel.

How to Update a SPA Room

  1. In the Tools menu, click the Configuration submenu, select the POS tab, then click the SPA Room button.
  2. Select the SPA room you want to update, right-click, and choose the Update button.
  3. Enter the new data as needed.
  4. Click Save to apply the changes, or Close to cancel.

How to Delete a SPA Room

  1. In the Tools menu, click the Configuration submenu, select the POS tab, then click the SPA Room button.
  2. Select the SPA room you want to delete, right-click, and choose the Delete button.
  3. A confirmation dialog will appear.
  4. Click Yes to confirm deletion, or No to cancel.
