Card Type
Card Type is used to manage the types of cards that can be used in the system, such as ID cards, membership cards, or other identification cards. This feature allows you to add, update, and delete card type records for accurate guest and member identification.
How to Add a Card Type
- In the Tools menu, click the Configuration submenu, select the Front Desk tab, then click the Card Type button to open the window.
- Click the Insert button to add a new card type. A new entry window will appear.
- Enter the following data:
- Code: Unique code for the card type.
- Name: Name or description of the card type.
- Click Save to store the new card type, or Close to cancel.
How to Update a Card Type
- In the Tools menu, click the Configuration submenu, select the Front Desk tab, then click the Card Type button.
- Select the card type you want to update, right-click, and choose the Update button.
- Enter the new data as needed.
- Click Save to apply the changes, or Close to cancel.
How to Delete a Card Type
- In the Tools menu, click the Configuration submenu, select the Front Desk tab, then click the Card Type button.
- Select the card type you want to delete, right-click, and choose the Delete button.
- A confirmation dialog will appear.
- Click Yes to confirm deletion, or No to cancel.
