Notification Third Party Template

Notification Third Party Template is used to manage templates for notifications sent to third-party systems or services. In this configuration, you can only edit or update existing templates; adding or deleting templates is not allowed.

How to Update a Notification Third Party Template

  1. In the Tools menu, click the Configuration submenu, select the Front Desk tab, then click the Notification Third Party Template button to open the window.
  2. Select the template you want to update, right-click, and choose the Update button.
  3. Edit the template data as needed.
  4. Click Save to apply the changes, or Close to cancel.

Managing notification templates ensures consistent and accurate communication with third-party systems.
